Complimentary Consultation Session (health coaching only)
I don’t know about you, but the first meeting with someone can be rough, whether it be with a new dentist, hair dresser or coach! I would love the opportunity for us to meet and determine if my coaching style would make a good fit with your health needs! We would meet for 20 minutes to discuss the roles of the coach & client and briefly discuss your desired state of wellness. From that point, we decide if my coaching style would be a good fit and YOU (the expert on your life) can decide if you want to proceed with coaching. Good news, there is no risk of leaving with a bad haircut :)

Single Training/Coaching Session
This is a great option if you are ready to get started but are not sure how many sessions you want to commit to. Each 55 minute session is designed around your needs. We can focus on a wellness goal, create a plan for a specific behavior change, OR spend the time on personal training and strength building. Health coaching sessions take place over the phone so you can join from anywhere, while personal training sessions are offered in person for hands on support and guidance. This flexible option allows you to experience coaching or training without a long term commitment.
Price: $75 per session
4 Session Package
Looking for weekly or biweekly sessions with consistent accountability? This is your best choice! You choose health coaching or personal training. Each session is designed to give you personalized guidance and support so you can make real progress toward your goals.
