Why “morning Light Mamas?”
My passion is to help moms feel more alive, healthy and energetic! One of the best ways to do this is to align your activities with your body's circadian rhythm - which starts with the morning light. God has created us to live in nature, with the sun and eating real foods. Our bodies can survive for a while when we ignore its cues and pleas for help. We can try to overcompensate with caffeine or pills, but ignoring how we were made to live causes a great amount of stress. Eventually, like a bone with too much stress applied in the wrong way, it breaks.
I LOVE to help moms optimize their health BEFORE the health issues begin and support moms that are ALREADY struggling with health concerns.
