Why Morning Light Mamas?

My Story

For years, I felt stuck in survival mode. I stayed up too late, relied on caffeine, and woke up exhausted, scrambling through mornings. Deep down, I knew I wanted more. I wanted to feel present with my family, energized for my life, and strong in my body.

Everything began to change when I discovered the power of morning light. God designed our bodies to thrive in sync with nature, and the rising sun is one of the most powerful signals for health. Morning light resets our circadian rhythm, boosts energy, balances hormones, and sets the tone for the entire day.

I chose the name Morning Light Mamas because I believe one of the simplest and most transformative habits for moms is stepping into the sun first thing in the morning.

Once I aligned my habits with my natural circadian rhythm, I noticed everything shift. Now I wake up naturally with energy and joy, spend a quiet moment with my goats before the day begins, and greet my family with a clear mind and full heart.

The other life-changing shift was strength training. Lifting weights has transformed both my physical and mental health, helping me navigate perimenopause with confidence and resilience. It’s the single most powerful practice I’ve added to my life.

These two pillars, morning light and strength training have completely transformed the way I live, mother, and show up in the world.

What I Do

At Morning Light Mamas, I guide women in creating practical and powerful routines that support long-term health. I combine my background in functional medicine health coaching with my expertise as a certified personal trainer to help you:
